Remove excess silver paste with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.

If the finish has not been changed or transferred to the cloth, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Don't let the air dry.
Regularly polish metal elements finished with products designed specifically for polished metal care or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup vinegar for each liter of water). Wet a soft cloth in diluted vinegar and polish the object. Use the undiluted vinegar with strong spots.
For cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors, use the right cleaning agents and microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or cleaning agents containing ammonia or acid, because such products can destroy the silver bottom and the edges of the mirror. If you use a chemical cleaning agent, be careful not to spill it into any of the surrounding finishes. Never use abrasive materials because they can scratch the surface.
First, remove dust and other non -sticky stains. Then spray the surface with water with a spray bottle. Ordinary hot water works best because it does not leave streaks. Wipe the glass surface or mirror with a microfiber cloth. Use the usual vinegar to clean spilled fluids or remove persistent stains. Dry a clean microfiber cloth. Finally, use a piece of a broken newspaper to add shine. This removes all fluff and makes the glass shine.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
