To fully enjoy furniture made of wooden veneer, you must follow a few basic rules:
Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat or moisture.
Be careful not to leave a wet ring on the surface after watering flowers or plants.
Do not display furniture for scratches from animals or sharp objects.
Use stands and place felt pads for lamp bases and accessories.
Wooden veneer requires gentle care to keep the finish. Clean regularly and clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Remove leaks immediately, because moisture can cause the veneer to peel off the surface. Prevent moisture from entering the veneer, quickly and thoroughly removing all leaks. In the case of water rings, rub the area of gasoline. Then use oil or petroleum jelly to completely remove the sign.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
