Wipe the silver -plated object with a dust broom or a soft cloth to remove dirt or oil. Dip the clean cloth inside for polishing silver and apply to the surface until a thin layer forms. Gently rub the paste into a silver -plated surface with a special silver polishing cloth. To rub too strongly, it can cause a thin layer of paste to remove. Remove excess polishing paste with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Wipe the steel with a soft, dry cloth. We recommend using cleaning foam to remove fingerprints and other dirt.
Periodically vacuum polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a feather broom, a synthetic electrostatic broom or soft clean cloth or a microfiber towel. Persistent stains should be removed with clean water or a mild home cleaning agent, such as the Multisurface Everyday Cleaner Pledge. Never use hot water or chemicals containing ammon, chlorine, solvents or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, welt, steel wool, sinks, razor blades, scrapers, etc.
Using a soft, clean cloth, apply a small amount of diluted cleaning agent directly to the cloth, and then gently wipe the surface. Remove all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean damp cloth, then wipe dry. If the finish has not changed and has not been transferred to the cloth, you can continue to clean the rest of the product. Finish the process, removing all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Do not allow you to dry outdoors.
Regularly polish metal parts with products designed specially for polished metal care or vinegar. In the case of objects with strong dirt, polish undiluted vinegar. Spray the object with a thin layer of vinegar or wipe it with a soft cloth moistened with vinegar. In the case of light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup of vinegar for each quarter of lukewarm water).

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
