Delivery

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.

For bulky furniture, if the Customer has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – both of the house and the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order placement. In such cases, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Customer.

For large business orders, we organize individual transport, fully tailored to the Customer's needs.

The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

Delivery time

The estimated order fulfillment time is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by couriers (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours – this time may vary depending on the selected country.

For bulky product deliveries, the time may be longer, and the courier company will contact the Customer to arrange the exact delivery time.

At Eye on Design, we work directly with manufacturers to offer our Customers the highest quality furniture and accessories. For custom-made or personalized products, the delivery time may range from 2 to 16 weeks and is determined with the Customer at the time of order placement.

Returns

Every Customer (individual and business) has the right to return purchased goods (undamaged and unused) within 14 days from the date of receipt. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information about the decision before it expires. Upon receiving confirmation of the return registration, the Customer should return the goods at their own expense within 14 days to the address we specify.

In the case of a successful withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments, excluding shipping costs – no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods and confirmation of their intact condition.

We will process refunds using the same methods that were used for the order, unless the Customer agrees to a different solution.

Complaint

Despite regular quality checks, damages may occur during transport or production. In such cases, please contact us via email at: support@eyeon.design.

To expedite the complaint process and reduce logistics costs, please attach photos documenting the damages.

In the event of a positive resolution of the complaint, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a convenient time for the courier company to collect the complained item.
